Looking to get out from behind a desk, meet new people and be rewarded for your effort?

We're hiring 4 Field Sales Representatives to join a growing Queensland team helping homeowners access support following storm and weather-related property damage.

No two days are the same. You'll be out in the community, building relationships, generating opportunities and working in a role where your attitude and effort directly influence your earnings.

Benefits
$39 - $42 + Super per hour depending on experience
Uncapped commission structure
$102 overnight allowance when travelling

Existing reps from backgrounds including energy, hospitality, customer service and sales
Work with a business making a genuine difference in local communities

Your Day-to-Day
Door knock within designated communities
Speak with homeowners about available services and support
Educate customers and identify opportunities
Generate quality leads and book inspections
Build trust and establish solid community relationships
Represent the business professionally in the field
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
Work towards daily activity and lead generation targets
Travel to regional and metropolitan locations when required

What We're Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence approaching and speaking with recent people
Resilience and a positive attitude
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors and independently
A customer-first approach
Driver's licence and access to a vehicle preferred
Flexibility to travel when required
