Aspect Personnel is seeking a Junior Maintenance Administrator for a disability housing provider in Melbourne CBD. You will take ownership of incoming maintenance requests across Victoria and South Australia, working closely with the Facilities Manager to triage and allocate tasks.

You will troubleshoot and resolve straightforward issues, coordinate with residents, support staff, contractors, and tenancy managers, and monitor spend and invoices to ensure smooth operations.
