LEADING HAND – RESIDENTIAL METAL ROOFING

We’re not interested in old-school site culture, ego-driven leadership, or chaotic crews. We’re building a high-performance residential roofing company where people come first, standards matter, and leaders lead with respect.

We’re looking for an experienced/transition to Senior Leading Hand who can run a residential roofing crew professionally, someone who values culture just as much as quality workmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading residential metal roofing crew across Brisbane & SEQ
Managing day-to-day site operations and workflow
Maintaining high workmanship and safety standards
Mentoring apprentices and younger roofers
Creating a positive, respectful team environment
Coordinating materials, site organisation and productivity
Working closely with management to improve systems and delivery

$120K - 130k Annual Package

Requirements
Robust residential metal roofing experience
Previous leadership or crew management experience preferred
White Card + Working at Heights
Driver’s Licence
Ability to lead crews professionally and respectfully
Strong communication and organisational skills
