Sharp and Carter is seeking a hands-on Rostering Product Owner to optimize multi-site hospitality rosters in Sydney and across NSW. You’ll own UKG Pro WFM, work with finance and venue managers, and drive cost savings by adjusting casual vs part time mix while staying compliant with Awards and legislation.

You''ll spend time on the venue floor during peak periods to validate rostering outcomes and report on wage drivers, with support from a senior leadership team.
