- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must have experience in a quick-paced kitchen workplace.
- Must have a positive attitude and passion for the industry.
- Ability to guide and train junior staff.
- Knowledge of Excel and online ordering platforms.
- Experience in stocktaking and recipe development is a bonus.
- Able to work over a 7-day roster.
