Installation Service & Warranty Administrator

Join a supportive team where you’ll play an important role in keeping warranty and maintenance work moving. This is a varied administration and coordination position suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, builders and contractors while keeping multiple jobs organised and on track.

Reporting to the Installation and Warranty Manager, you’ll coordinate warranty and maintenance activities from the initial claim through to job completion and contractor payment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving, assessing and logging customer warranty claims
Booking site inspections and coordinating site reports
Setting up warranty and maintenance jobs across internal systems
Scheduling contractors and following up the progress of works
Coordinating the return of contractors for defective work
Preparing and following up quotes for builders
Providing builders with clear and timely progress updates
Reviewing site photos and completed works
Processing contractor payments
Supporting the wider Installation Administration team as required
