McGrathNicol is seeking an HR Administrator to support HR operations across 400+ employees and Partners in Australia, based in Sydney. You will handle onboarding, changes to employment conditions and offboarding, and maintain HR records in our HRIS.

You will work with the People Team and stakeholders, supporting recruitment activities and payroll coordination while delivering accurate data and robust service across the employee lifecycle.
