Valuable Shepherd Lodge in East Mackay and Kerrisdale Gardens in Beaconsfield are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to step into a full time Clinical Nurse role. You will provide clinical leadership across the facility, mentor staff, and drive high-quality, resident-centered care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.

The role collaborates with the Clinical Manager and multidisciplinary teams to promote excellence in care outcomes and resident wellbeing.
