Australian Unity Home Health in WA and SA is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for an established in-home care program, based in West Perth with hybrid options.

You will lead a team of leaders across Care Partnering and Service Delivery, drive a high-performance culture, monitor demand and outcomes, and ensure person-centered, coordinated care. This is a full time role with robust stakeholder engagement.
