Aboriginal Hostels is seeking an Executive Level 2 Frontline Director to lead regional operations across hostel networks, translate strategic priorities into practice, and deliver protected, culturally responsive services to First Nations clients and communities.

You will drive performance, manage complex workforce issues, work with senior leaders, and travel as needed to support regions. This is an ongoing merit pool recruitment for both ongoing and non-ongoing prospects.
