UPS in Sydney seeks a Brokerage Customer Support Specialist to drive onboarding and strengthen customer relationships. You will review enrolment requests, validate profiles, and monitor early shipments to identify issues.

Working with Account Executives and brokerage teams, you will resolve customs clearance risks, perform root-cause analysis on shipment holds, and coordinate corrective actions to ensure on‑time release and customer satisfaction. Travel to customer locations may be required.
