EWP & Forklift Mechanic - Field Service

$50ph - Company Van + Fuel Card - Overtime at 1.5x + 2x

Join a leading equipment hire and service company supporting customers across construction, infrastructure, logistics and commercial industries. We're looking for an experienced EWP & Forklift Mechanic / Field Service Technician to service, maintain and repair a range of access equipment and forklifts in a predominantly field-based role.

Key Responsibilities
Carrying out scheduled servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and repairs on EWP, access equipment and forklifts
Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
Responding to equipment breakdowns and completing onsite repairs
Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance
Preparing equipment for hire and ensuring machines are safe and operational
Providing qualified face-to-face customer service and building solid client relationship

What You'll Need
Certificate III in Mobile Plant, Heavy Diesel,



Light Vehicle, Engineering or a related mechanical trade
Experience working on forklifts, EWP, access equipment, plant or similar machinery
Solid mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems
Ability to work independently in a predominantly field-based role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Current driver's licence
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
