Bellevarde Constructions is hiring a Contracts Administrator to join our Sydney team on a permanent, full time basis. This site-based role focuses on delivering architecturally significant homes across Sydney's Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs with project values between $5M-$20M.

You will manage from pre-construction to handover, handle tenders, subcontract procurement, cost reporting and in office support, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to WHS and QA processes.
