Mai-Wel is seeking a Workforce Officer to join our Workforce Planning Team in a hybrid role. You will manage rosters, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate billing and scheduling for NDIS supports across Maitland and nearby locations.

The role requires rostering experience, familiarity with Skedulo, Lumary or Deputy, and robust MS Office skills. A proactive, organized approach and excellent English are essential.
