Groundswell Accounting is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Noosa Heads, QLD. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting our accounting professionals in their day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the accounting team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings
Handling general office duties such as answering phones, greeting clients, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintaining and organising office supplies, equipment, and inventory
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and other documentation as required
Performing data entry tasks and helping to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements
Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders

What we're looking for
Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills




Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
A customer-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
A positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitude
