Cotton On Group is seeking a Buying Manager to lead the Factorie Guys team in Geelong. You will drive the commercial performance of a key department, translating brand strategy into customer-right product ranges that boost sales, profit and market relevance.

You will lead and develop Buyers and Assistant Buyers, balancing short-term prospects with long-term strategy, and partnering across Design, Planning and Production to deliver compelling product ranges that connect with our customer base.
