Windana Drug & Alcohol Recovery Inc. is seeking an AOD Forensic Peer Worker for our 12-month fixed-term, part time role at the 20-bed Grampians Therapeutic Community in Ballarat East.

You will bring lived experience to support residents in the withdrawal program and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver treatment, recovery, and peer support. The role focuses on peer-led delivery of program material, building trust with residents, supporting waitlists and aftercare, and maintaining
