Optus is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to help optimise labour budgets, forecast demand, and drive efficiency across a national store network. You’ll partner with Area and Store Managers and collaborate with central scheduling, payroll, HR, and finance teams.

The role requires solid analytics, advanced Excel, and experience with Dayforce or similar workforce management platforms. Adaptable office arrangements are available.
