Discover Nursing Australia is seeking a reliable Disability Support Worker to provide in-home and community support in Hamilton, VIC. The role focuses on assisting a gentleman with daily routines, dialysis-related evenings, appointments, shopping and social activities.

Ideal candidates are calm, patient and well-organised, with experience supporting people with complex physical and psychosocial needs. You will work 12 hours per week, on an ongoing basis, as a contracted carer in a home
