CleanCo Queensland is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide practical advice to leaders and employees, resolving workplace matters early, fairly and consistently. The role includes supporting bargaining, policy improvement, and building leader capability.

The position is a six-month maximum-term based in Brisbane with hybrid work and occasional site travel. Adaptable arrangements may be considered.
