Uniting AgeWell Limited is seeking a Community Enrolled Nurse for a permanent part time role based in the West Melbourne Metro area. You will perform in-home clinical assessments and care reviews, liaising with the Community RN and local health services to coordinate referrals and responsive care.
The position supports Home Care clients across West Melbourne Metro, Braybrook and surrounds. Diploma of Nursing with current AHPRA Div 2 registration is required, with a minimum of three years’
