G’day Group seeks an experienced people leader to run the Blackwater Workstay operation in Queensland. You’ll oversee a 300+ room property, manage a ~30-solid onsite team, and work closely with the Assistant Manager and wider leadership to balance priorities.

You’ll drive guest experience, safety, and service standards with hands-on leadership, while leveraging RMS/PMS and robust stakeholder engagement to deliver a reliable operation.
