Symbion, part of EBOS Group, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join the National Customer Service Team. You will deliver exceptional service to pharmacy and hospital customers, collaborate across departments, and manage inquiries through multiple channels.

You will need solid communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced workplace. Pharmaceutical knowledge is desirable and training will be provided.
