Australian Premium Macadamias (APM) is recruiting a hands-on Facility Manager to lead shed operations at Bucca, near Bundaberg. You will oversee the end-to-end processing facility from NIS receival to dispatch, guiding the shed team to meet production and quality targets.

Ideal candidates have experience in high-volume processing, solid leadership, and knowledge of WHS and food safety. This permanent full time role offers prospects to implement improvements and work with a supportive team.
