WearecurrentlyhiringforoneourclientbasedinAustralia,we’relookingforahighlyorganised,systems-drivenOperations VAtoworkdirectlywiththeCEOofthecompanyandcoordinatetheoperationalengineoftheiraccountingpractice.

Thisrolesitsfirmlywithintheaccountingdomain.YoumustunderstandAustralianbookkeepingandmanagementaccountingfundamentals.However,thisisnotastandaloneclientaccountantrole.

Yourfocuswillbe:
Operationalexecution
Workflowcoordination
Systemmanagement
Capacityoversight





Thisisanindependentcontributorroleforsomeonewhothrivesinstructuredenvironments,respectssystems,andknowshowtoimproveefficiencywithoutdisruptingoperationalstability.

KeyResponsibilities
Organise,assign,track,andmonitortasksthroughClickUp
Monitorteamcapacityandensureworkisdeliveredaccordingtoclientagreementsanddeadlines
MaintainorganiseddocumentationandfilingsystemswithinGoogleWorkspace
AssisttheCEOwithoperationalplanning,prioritisation,summaries,andinternalinitiatives
Trackactionitemsandensuretasksarefollowedthroughandcompleted
Conductpreliminaryqualitychecksonreconciliations,coding,andworkpapers
Monitorscopeadherenceandflaganyout-of-scopework
Assistwithtrackingagedreceivablesandotherinternaloperationalmatters
