Downer Energy & Utilities is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join the Eraring Power Station maintenance team. You will supervise mechanical tradespeople and subcontractors, leading pre-starts and toolbox meetings to ensure secure, effective, and high-quality work.

You will coordinate labour and resources, review scopes, and monitor progress against the schedule, working closely with the client to resolve delays and maintain a productive site setting.
