Palm Lake Care is seeking a People Advisor to be embedded in our Bethania community, working alongside leaders and staff to interpret Awards and provide real-time employee support. You will influence the employee experience and help shape people practices at the local site.

You’ll collaborate with the People Business Partner across Talent, Industrial Relations & Safety, or Performance & Engagement to build expertise while staying connected to frontline operations in aged care.
