We’re looking for an experienced Associate Director, Industrial to join our team and play a key role in the continued growth of our industrial property business.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established industrial property professional who combines strong market knowledge with a industrial mindset, trusted client relationships and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams. This job has the prospect to lead into a leadership role.

The role will focus on:
Driving growth and new business opportunities across the industrial sector
Developing and strengthening key client and industry relationships
Leading major pitches, proposals and complex property transactions
Providing strategic advice across industrial sales, leasing, acquisitions and portfolio requirements
Leading, mentoring and developing the industrial team
Identifying market trends, opportunities and emerging areas for growth
Representing the business within the wider property industry




Driving strong industrial and operational performance across the division

About you

You’ll bring:
10+ years’ experience within the real estate industry
At least 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role within the industrial sector
Self starter and cooperative
A strong track record in business development and complex transactions
An established network across the property industry
Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
Solid pitching, negotiation and client relationship skills
