About the Role:
Supporting agents with end-to-end sales administration
Coordinating listing materials and sales documentation
Managing open home schedules with occupants
Creating marketing collateral: signage, brochures, online listings
Liaising with buyers, sellers, and conveyancers regarding contracts

About You:
Minimum 12 months’ experience in a similar real estate sales support role
High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
Enthusiastic and dependable team player
Strong knowledge of the real estate sales process
