Rostron Finance helps customers across Australia and Recent Zealand finance vehicles, equipment, and lifestyle purchases.

Our Australian team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Finance Broker or dealership Business Manager ready for their next move.

You’ll manage customer enquiries through to settlement, build lasting relationships and earn uncapped commission alongside a base salary.

You’ll also work a Monday to Friday roster, with a move into our newly designed Sumner office planned for early 2027.

Your role
You’ll take ownership of the customer journey, from the first conversation through to settlement.




Understanding customers’ needs and structuring suitable finance solutions
Assessing applications and identifying appropriate lenders
Managing your pipeline and keeping customers informed
Building customer and referral relationships that generate repeat business
Working towards clear individual and team sales targets

What you’ll bring
You’ll have experience in either finance broking, particularly asset, vehicle or consumer finance, or a dealership Business Manager/F&I; role.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets
A sound understanding of lender policy, credit assessment, and settlements
The ability to build rapport and guide customers confidently through their options
Robust organisation, attention to detail and ownership of your pipeline
