Metro Machining is seeking an Office & Financial Controller to own the books, payroll, invoicing, and customer onboarding. You’ll manage bank recs, month-end close by the 10th, BAS/IAS, and drive effective processes across three workshops.

The role offers 7am–3pm hours, potential for partial work-from-home after the initial period, and growth with the team. Ideal candidates have full bookkeeping control, payroll expertise, and comfort with MYOB and AI tools to automate routine tasks.
