WorkPac Group is seeking an experienced Project Lead based in Brisbane or Gladstone to deliver a major residue management and infrastructure program. You will oversee annual wall raise design activities and contribute to long-term infrastructure strategy, partnering with Operations, Engineering and Project Delivery teams.

The role requires leading consultants, managing risk, and ensuring designs are secure, compliant, and constructible, with site travel involved.
