Spezia, a premium open-air Italian courtyard restaurant in Sydney’s CBD, seeks an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead F&B; service operations and build a high-performing team. You will elevate the guest experience, set service standards, and collaborate with the Group F&B; Ops team and Head Chef to define culture from day one.

You’ll manage reservations, floor, guest relations and profitability while ensuring RSA, WHS and HACCP compliance.
