About You
Current AHPRA Registration as an RN
Current CPR Certificate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A professional, positive and patient-focused attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Highly Regarded
General Practice Nursing experience
Nurse Immuniser qualification
Experience with Health Assessments and Care Plans
Chronic Disease Management experience
Best Practice software experience
Treatment room experience
Interest in preventative health and quality improvement
