Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) is seeking a senior leader to head the Right to Information and Privacy functions in Brisbane. You will guide lawful, ethical information handling, coach a seven-person team and drive improvements across policies, processes and education.

You will interpret legislation, manage priorities and deliver timely, compliant outcomes while maintaining robust stakeholder relationships and ensuring data protection across the agency.
