What you’ll do
Lead your team to create extraordinary guest experiences
Take responsibility for venue operations as Manager on Duty
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
Coach your team to feel confident in their roles, proud of their work and inspired to grow
Complete cash handling, reconciliations and daily reporting
Uphold responsible service, gaming and workplace safety standards





What we’re looking for
Proven supervisory or management experience in a busy pub or hotel
Solid food, beverage and gaming knowledge
A customer-first leader who enjoys the floor and brings out the best in the team
A creative, driven mindset: you bring ideas and own what sets a venue apart
Availability across opens, mids and closes, including weekends and public holidays
Current NSW RSA and RCG (ARCG highly regarded)
