Your New Role

This is your chance to be the central engine of the operation. As the Service Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person managing maintenance work orders from initial receipt right through to completion. You'll liaise with clients, tenants, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects running on schedule and ensure works are delivered safely and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, allocate, and monitor maintenance work orders from receipt to sign-off
Schedule trades and contractors based on job priority, availability, and scope
Organise site access, appointments, and stakeholder attendance
Keep clients, tenants, and suppliers in the loop with explicit, regular updates
Troubleshoot issues, delays,



and variations to keep delivery on track
Update job records, compliance documentation, and completion reports

About You
Previous experience as a service coordinator, scheduler, project coordinator, maintenance coordinator, customer service, administration etc
A clear, confident communicator who can build rapport with diverse stakeholders
Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, can-do attitude
