The Fullerton Hotel Sydney, located in Sydney CBD NSW, seeks a Chef de Partie to lead a designated kitchen section and deliver meals that meet luxury standards for our award-winning hotel.

You will mentor junior chefs, ensure HACCP compliance, manage stock, and support menu development in a rapid-paced workplace. This full time role requires flexibility for a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and holidays.
