Genetec, based in Sydney, seeks a Technical Support Engineer to deliver post-sales support to customers via email, phone, text chat or in office. The role is Sydney-based and reports to the Customer Experience Team Lead (Australia).

You will diagnose complex issues, document resolutions, and collaborate with R&D; to improve Genetec solutions while maintaining solid customer relationships and knowledge of our security technology.
