TOM People and I is partnering with a leading FMCG manufacturer to recruit a Finance Business Partner for a multi-site manufacturing workplace in Victoria. You will own reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial partnering to support site leadership, identify cost savings, and drive EBIT growth.

The role requires CA/CPA/CIMA qualification, solid stakeholder engagement, and a hands-on approach across multiple sites.
