Working within a busy processing facility, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations across the organics processing plant and resource recovery areas. Duties will include a combination of equipment operation, plant housekeeping, and general labouring tasks.

Shifts: 7am starts with overtime

Rate: $39.45an hour

Working within a busy processing facility, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations across the organics processing plant and resource recovery areas. Duties will include a combination of equipment operation, plant housekeeping, and general labouring tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Operate the de-packaging and organics processing plant.
Operate a front-end loader to feed materials into the processing system.
Operate a forklift to move and empty bins as required.
Clean and maintain plant equipment and machinery.
Water blast floors and maintain high housekeeping standards across the facility.
Assist with general yard maintenance and operational duties.
Follow all site safety procedures and environmental requirements.




Work collaboratively with the operations team to achieve production targets.
FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

What We're Looking For
Previous experience operating a front-end loader and/or forklift is highly regarded.
Forklift Licence and/or Loader Ticket advantageous but not essential.
Experience within recycling, waste, manufacturing, logistics or resource recovery environments desirable.
Solid work ethic and reliable attendance.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify and solve basic operational issues.
Robust organisational and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
