Mercy Health Australia is seeking a Maintenance Officer to manage repairs, preventative maintenance, and garden upkeep at Mercy Place Mandurah. You’ll work with contractors to ensure safety and quality while maintaining a welcoming setting for residents and staff.

The role requires a trade-based qualification or 3+ years in commercial maintenance, robust time management, and knowledge of WHS standards. Police check and a valid driver’s licence are required.
