You will serve as the off-site operations lead for facilities, managing contracts, vendor relationships, budgeting, and client service to ensure protected, compliant, and cost-effective building operations.

You will attend client meetings, prepare performance reports, and coordinate with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver day-to-day excellence.
