HealthcareLink Pty Ltd. is seeking a Theatre Administration Officer to join a high-pressure perioperative department in NSW.

This part time role offers 35 hours per week across 7:00 am–7:00 pm shifts, five days a week, supporting doctors and nursing staff with patient data and front-desk services. The role requires privacy-driven clinical administration, excellent customer service, and solid MS Office skills, with autonomous work style and solid report-writing ability under pressure.
