Klaviyo is seeking a senior Customer Success leader to own retention, adoption, expansion, and customer experience across APAC. You will lead managers and CS managers, shaping global CS strategy as a core member of the CS Senior Leadership Team.

You will work with senior leaders, including C‑suite, to analyze performance, trends, and risk. You’ll build an inclusive culture, set transparent vision and goals, and drive a cost-effective org focused on excellence in customer support.
