The Role

Working closely with Architects, Project Leaders, and consultants, you'll play a key role in the delivery of projects through detailed documentation, technical coordination, and construction drawing production.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed documentation packages across all project stages
Coordinate consultant information and project requirements




Produce accurate construction documentation and technical drawings
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and standards
Assist with project delivery and technical problem-solving
Support the team through documentation and construction phases

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in an architectural documentation role
Strong technical knowledge of local construction methods and detailing
Advanced proficiency in Revit
Experience delivering commercial, multi-residential, social housing, or public sector projects
Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Solid communication and consultant coordination skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment
