Perigon Group is seeking a Development Accountant to support a sizeable pipeline in a newly-created role. This established private property developer is well-capitalised and city-based, offering stability and room to grow.

Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with development managers on budgeting, forecasting and reporting, oversee full project accounting (P&L; and balance sheet), drive cost controls and cashflow forecasting in ARGUS Estate Master, and manage drawdowns and funding.
