Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Team Leader – Nights for Aire View Care Home in Leeds. You will help the home management team deliver high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining a protected, supportive and inclusive workplace for residents, visitors, and staff.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, have two years of senior experience with residents, and demonstrate solid written and verbal communication.
