Lonestar Coaches, part of the Belbaker Group, seeks a Depot Manager to lead the Burleigh Heads depot operations on the Gold Coast. You will oversee daily depot activities, coordinate drivers, vehicles and resources to meet scheduled work and safety standards.

Reporting to the Belbaker Group Operations Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with transport safety and fatigue management, and foster a skilled, results‑oriented team culture.
