We’re looking for aCasual Recruitment Consultant to support high-volume recruitment across a range of roles, includingBrand Ambassadors andMerchandisers .

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and is looking to build or grow a career in recruitment or HR.

About the Role:
Support high-volume recruitment across the business
Manage key stages of the recruitment process, including candidate screening, reference checks and coordinating offers
Focus on retail Brand Ambassadors and Merchandisers
Fast paced, wide-ranging and hands-on role

About You:
Organised with robust time management skills
Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, reliable and positive attitude
Experience in recruitment or high-volume environments (not essential)
